Mission
Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. is a rural / frontier Behavioral Health and Social Services Network empowering individuals and communities to achieve better health.
Vision
We envision strong, healthy communities where all individuals are supported in achieving health, wellness and their full potential.
Founded in 1994, GOBHI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that is charged with administering the behavioral health Medicaid benefit, non-emergent medical transportation and community engagement in 12 rural and frontier counties in Oregon. GOBHI is a co-owner of the Eastern Oregon Coordinated Care Organization, along with Moda Health, and also provides various direct services statewide.

Child & Family Programs
Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT)
The GOBHI Non-Emergent Medical Transportation program offers free rides to health appointments for Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members in Eastern Oregon. Rides are available for covered services under the Oregon Health Plan. Services may be medical, mental health, and dental.
The Oregon Center on Behavioral Health & Criminal Justice
This statewide program, in partnership with the Oregon Health Authority, enhances knowledge and improves practices aimed at treating people who, primarily due to symptoms of serious behavioral health conditions, neurocognitive conditions, and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities, are at risk of becoming incarcerated
or are already within the system. OCBHJI Is a specialized division of GOBHI.
Oregon Kinship Navigator
Created in partnership with DHS Child Welfare, the Oregon Kinship Navigator provides support, guidance, and resources to non-parent relative caretakers throughout their parenting journeys. Oregon Kinship Navigator offers online support groups and parenting support, resource referral, and a legal resource guide.
OKN is housed within the Children’s Team at GOBHI.
